I downloaded the Rugby sportswizards™ Media Player on my computer and now my mate wants to use it. I don’t have a video camera to film. What else can I use? I coach a rugby team. Can I load my team onto Rugby sportswizards™ on my computer? Can I download Rugby sportswizards™ on to a school computer? Can I reach the All Blacks through Rugby sportswizards™? My computer has crashed and has had to be rebuilt. Can I get a replacement Rugby sportswizards™ Media Player on my machine, or will I need to buy another Rugby sportswizard™? I’d like to purchase a sportswizards for a friend, son, daughter, relative etc. How do I do this? Will it take long to download and install the sportswizards player? My Rugby sportswizards™ does not work anymore, why is this?The most common cause is a change in your system and recently this has been caused by the release of Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1). This new release of Vista caused the Rugby Sports Wizards software to crash when starting up. This issue has been resolved so you will need to download the latest version of Rugby Sports Wizards by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button near the top of the screen and following the installation Wizard. Don’t worry if the installer guides you to uninstall first, your Wizards and Reports will not be deleted.

Can I run Rugby sportswizards™ on a Windows 7 OS?At this stage Rugby sportswizards™ will not run on Windows 7. We are currently working on a solution for this.

If your mate wants to take his report home, he can save it onto a flash stick or memory card or email it to himself to view on his home computer.
I don’t have a video camera to film. What else can I use?Video cameras provide the best quality picture, but digital still cameras with a video recording function or new mobile phones with video capability can also get some good results. Make sure you follow the instructions for setting up the camera.
I coach a rugby team. Can I load my team onto Rugby sportswizards™ on my computer?Yes, you can load up as many players as your computer memory will allow. Each player can have their own profile, with player reports and captured video. You can email them the reports or print them off for your player to take away.
Can I download Rugby sportswizards™ on to a school computer?Check with your school guidelines for internet downloads first, but you should be able to download the programme to a school computer, with approval. Note that if you were to purchase and activate a wizard on that school computer then it would only be accessible on that computer.

I’d like to purchase a sportswizards for a friend, son, daughter, relative etc. How do I do this?What a great idea to gift a wizard! To gift a wizard simply 1) purchase the wizard you want to gift from the shop using your own contact details. 2) when the wizard activation email is sent to you simply forward it to the intended recipient. You’ll see that the email contains all the information they’ll need to download the sportswizard player application onto their PC and how to get setup.
Will it take long to download and install the sportswizards player?This really depends on whether your PC has all of the software pre-requisites in place like .NET 3.0, Windows Media Player 10 or greater, DirectX 9.0 or later. In most cases, if you have Windows Updates turned on for your PC then you may only need to update to Windows Media Player 10. However the installer will take care of this for you. In the worst case scenario where you’re connecting to the internet via a modem and you don’t have .Net 3.0 or Windows Media Player 10 or later then it might take as long as 4 hours but this is very unlikely.

Each of the trusts have a range of purposes it will make grants for - you can find out which purposes by having a look at their website. Generally speaking non profit organisations (including schools and sporting clubs) are eligible to make an application for funding. Coaching and teaching resources usually fall within the eligible purposes. This could include the purchase of Rugby Sportswizards and the associated computer and digital video camera required to utilize the Rugby Sportswizards to their maximum potential. Once you've worked out whether your project or activity fits within the criteria of one of the trusts you will need to go through their application process.
